  • Each Collection page details exactly what pieces are included in a package. Currently Collections have 5 Package offerings:

    1. Four Piece with RSVP

    2. Four Piece with Details Card

    3. Five Piece with RSVP + RSVP Envelope

    4. Five Piece with RSVP + Details Cards

    5. Six piece with RSVP Card, RSVP Envelope + Details Card

    Beyond the physical paper pieces, each order also includes: 1-to-1 Customer Service; connect directly with Danielle & Ellen to ask questions, request changes and more! Two rounds of Design Revisions, Free Shipping (via USPS), Wording and Guest List templates are all included in your order.

    Beyond the Basics: Suite Embellishments

  • Invitations are shipped to households and not individuals; so take a look at your guest list and determine if it is mostly couples / families or individuals. As a general rule, you should have at least 60% of your guest headcount.

    For example, if you are having 150 people at your wedding, then you would order 100 Invitations (about 90 invitations will be mailed out, and you will have 10 extra for keepsakes or any last minute guests.)

  • 3 Months from the day we receive your Invitation wording to the day we ship your invitations.

    This does not include any extra Add-Ons or White Glove Assembly.

    A specific project timeline will be available to you on your Client Portal after your order.

    I need it sooner than that, do you offer Rush orders?

    Yes, we can accommodate Rush Orders on occasion, our availability depends on our current work load and your specific order requests. Please Email us PRIOR to placing your order to confirm availability and pricing for your rush order.

  • Yes, (said with a grain of salt). Please email us your specific request PRIOR to placing your order.

  • No, Unfortunately because the designs are Semi-Customized to you and your event, we are unable to produce a proof prior to placing an order.

  • Yes, each collection order includes 2 rounds of digital proofing. The First Proof is shared 1 week after we receive your final wording, from there you will have the opportunity to make changes to colors and wording and see two additional proofs before Final Approval and printing.

    GUEST ADDRESSING: The same proofing schedule applies to Digital Guest Addressing Add On.

  • Collections can be customized through color selection, printing methods, wording, Add-Ons and custom upgrades. Please read our Collections Guide for more information.

  • Yes! We encourage you to request changes to make the Suite feel authentic to you and your event.

  • At this time we are not accepting changes to the fonts used in each Collection. If you would like to email us your request / suggestion of a font change, please do and we can *possibly* discuss a font change fee.

  • At this time we are not accepting changes to the design layouts in each Collection. If you would like to email us your request / suggestion of a layout change, please do and we can *possibly* discuss a design change fee.

  • NO. Because of the customized nature of the work and the printing methods used we only provide Digital Proofs. If you would like to see your design DIGITALLY printed on the paper requested you may add a Physical Proof Add on to your cart or as a separate order and we will create a physical copy for your review.

    BEFORE REQUESTING A PHYSICAL PROOF, PLEASE NOTE:

    Digitally printing is entirely different from Letterpress and Foil printing. The Physical Proof, digitally printed, will be a close, but not accurate depiction of how your final suite will look.

    Physical Proof requests will delay your production / Final Mail Date by 1 week.

  • NO. We cannot produce just one copy of any Collection piece. If you are interested in seeing your suite before committing to your full order, we suggest you order our base minimum of 10 pieces.

  • Yes. We increase quantities in sets of 25. Please email us your total order quantity and we will set up a custom listing for you.

  • While we can do our best to accommodate, we recommend determining how many pieces you need in your suite prior to ordering. For more information on pieces included in the Invitation suite and what their purpose is, please visit our COLLECTIONS GUIDE.

  • Yes, we offer a variety of handmade papers. Each one is a little bit different in texture and color. Please contact us regarding handmade paper prior to ordering. Note: Handmade paper will add 4 weeks to your Production timeline.

  • Each Collection order is shipped unassembled. We provide you with one keepsake copy that is assembled that you can use as an example and to have for your detail shots on your wedding day. If you would like to have us assemble and mail your invitation suite for you, please add White Glove Assembly to your cart before placing your order.

  • Yes, we can accept additions or changes after orders have been placed as long as your change request is sent BEFORE your final wording is submitted. Once we receive your wording, we start on your designs and changes to the order will not be accepted.

  • Yes! Please contact us for International shipping rates.

  • Yes! We can arrange for your Invitation order to be picked up at our Bellevue Avenue Office in Newport, RI. Please note that Pick Up does not change your delivery date and your order total is subject to RI State Sales Tax.

  • Yes! We ship to the shipping address provided at the time of check out, it does not have to be your personal mailing address.

  • Yes! We have Save the Date designs that are part of the Collection series (Not yet posted to our website). Please email us if you are interested in a Save the Date design.

  • Yes! We have coordinating pieces for each Collection so that you can carry your theme and design through to your Wedding Day. Day Of Stationery offerings include: Ceremony Programs, Menu Cards, Table Numbers, Escort and Place Cards, Cocktail Napkins, Signs and more! Not yet available to shop online, but email us!

  • Yes! We have time set aside each week for phone calls, please follow this link to set up a phone call with us.
