Select your delivery option and identify your paper selection. Review and agree to our Design Agreement. Then, pay for your order using any major credit card.


Then What?


You will receive an email from us confirming your order and information on the next steps. Including, text changes for menus and how to properly format your guest list for your escort cards. 

Frequently Asked Questions
 

WHAT exactly does 'semi-custom' mean?

'Semi-Custom' means that the design structure is there, font selections and graphic layout. Your 'customization' will be with heading and body text; at this time we do not offer any script or typeface changes or any changes to the layout.

WILL I RECEIVE A PROOF?

MENU: Yes! Once we receive your menu wording you should expect to receive a complimentary digital proof within 5 - 7 business days. If changes need to be made, we offer a second complimentary digital proof - any proof after these first two will result in a $15/proof fee.  
ESCORT CARDS: We do not offer digital proofs for escort cards, so please be sure your list is accurate before submitting!

 

DO YOU OFFER SAMPLES?

Yes. Samples are $10 each, and can be ordered via email.

 
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

You should expect to receive your items 3-4 weeks from the time your final proof is approved plus shipping time 

SHIPPING TIME
All of our packages are shipped via USPS Flat Rate Priority (see below for hand delivery options). 
Depending on when your order is placed and how far you live from Newport, RI - you should expect to receive your Menus / Escort cards within 5 business days of your Shipment notification, tracking will be provided.
For general reference (don't hold us to it, the USPS is sometimes cray): RI & MA addresses 1-2 days, NY, NYC, CT and other New England addresses 3-4 days, CA and other Continental US State addresses 5 days. 


CAN I ORDER A DIFFERENT INK COLOR THAN ONE OFFERED?

Absolutely - digital printing is *nearly* limitless when it comes to color options. We would love to chat more about your color inspirations and offer suggestions to ink color changes. 
*nearly - while we can tell the printer to print any color, it does not mean it will always look good ;)

 

CAN I CHANGE MY PAPER COLOR?

Why, certainly.
Blush Garden and Rosecliff menu and Escort cards are available in either Bright White or Soft White cardstocks

Digital White Ink designs are available in either Navy Blue or Black

Please indicate your color selection at checkout.

 

WHAT IF MY GUEST COUNT IS DIFFERENT THAN THE QUANTITIES OFFERED?

MENU: We suggest rounding up as you calculate your total quantity needed. It is not uncommon for menus to get wet, dinged up, or misplaced during table set-up, and it is always best to have a few extra on hand.

ESCORT CARDS: Please order the quantity closest to your actual guest count, any extras will be printed blank and shipped with your order for last minute changes / hand writing in guest names if necessary.

  

WHy IS a design contract required?

We ask all of our customers to sign a simple design contract, so that you understand our terms of service and what is covered with your order payment and what is not.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NOTICE AN ERROR AFTER I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All errors and omissions are at the responsibility of the customer/client - Champagne and Ink is not held responsible for any misspelled words, typos, or errors/omissions found after the final proof has been approved

We suggest:
MENU: Read your menu text out loud prior to submitting,

ESCORT CARDS: Have a second person, familiar with your guests,  double check your escort card list.

Please email us immediately if you notice an error and we will do our best to assist you. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

There are no returns once your order is placed

 

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

At this time, we are not available for in person pick-ups.
We do offer local delivery on Aquidneck Island for $45, if you do not trust the USPS or if you prefer we hand deliver your items to your caterer, venue coordinator, wedding planner or bestie.  Deliveries are scheduled within 7 days of your event date. 

 

I SAW SOMETHING ON YOUR SITE THAT I LIKED, CAN I HAVE THAT instead?

Ooooh yes. We would love to work collaboratively with you on a design that you have seen while browsing our site.
